Purchase with Title Insurance

Buyer’s Closing fee - $150

Seller’s Closing fee - $150

Attorney’s Title Exam - $300 and up

Final Title Search - $125

Bankruptcy Search - $100

UCC Search - $50

Document Review fee - $50

Mortgage Tax - Based on Loan Amount

Mortgage Certification fee - $5

Deed Filing - $13 first page, plus $5 each additional

Mortgage Filing - $43 (estimated)

Mortgage Inspection Survey fee - $300 and up

Termite Inspection - $125

Overnight/Courier fee - $40

Document Preparation fee - $50 buyer and seller

*Pre-closing Gap Search - $75

*Abstracting - (Varies by county)

*Bank Wire fee - $20 per wire

*Deed Stamp – Based on sales price

Title Insurance – Based on sales price/loan amount

Document Review and Escrow fee - $150
